We connect event planners with hotels & resorts within our very special niche of Hotels & Resort Buyouts.
Therefore, together with our cooperation partner MICEBuzz, we have created a marketplace where both parties meet physically, our RENT-A-RESORT® Forum.
The Forum takes place in our partner resorts with an equal number of invited suppliers & buyers.
We make sure to invite event planners (corporate events, weddings, etc.) with a proven interest in booking full hotel & resort buyouts and properties (+ potentially additional service providers) which prove to be suitable and flexible for exclusive rentals. We believe in the power of the niche - our Forum will be 100% about buyouts!
Each particular forum is unique, but the core elements are:
- NETWORKING - formal personal meetings and informal time spent together.
- EDUCATION - knowledge exchange about news, trends and challenges in regards to buyouts.
Our goal is that all participants leave the forum with new contacts and knowledge when it comes to exclusive rentals of hotels & resorts.

Condition to participate
- To have a proven interest in privatizing hotels & resorts for corporate or private (e.g. weddings) events. We will contact you for references and further details.
- To participate in the official program of the Forum.
